This 3-in-1 supplement pack provides expectant mothers with optimal nutrition before, during and after pregnancy. The first table is a multivitamin and mineral supplement for optimal nutrition.

With added magnesium and vitamin D3 for better absorption, the calcium tablets support calcium homeostasis and the development of bone structure. The high-quality omega-3 capsules contain the recommended dosage of 260 mg DHA and EPA. Omega-3 is particularly important during the first trimester, but as nausea is likely to occur, the unpleasant taste of fish oil can be particularly off-putting, so lemon oil is added to mask it. For best effectiveness, take one of each per day.

Usage Instructions
