Description

Say yes to junk-free junk food with this Baked Mushroom & Tomato Easy Pizza Bowl recipe. It’s made with immune-boosting mushrooms and has a dose of Vitamin C.

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and prepare 4 large ramekins. 

2. Prepare your filling by lightly frying your mushrooms, baby tomatoes and red onion until golden and cooked through. 

3. Stir through and cook for another 2 minutes. 

4. Divide between 4 ramekins and top with your grated cheese. 

5. Bake for 5 – 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted

6.Serve immediately with a sprinkle of spring onion.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Freshmark Mushrooms; sliced 
  • 2 tsp. Simple Truth Cold-Pressed Virgin Flaxseed Oil
  • ½ cup Freshmark Baby Tomatoes; halved 
  • ½ cup Freshmark Red Onion; diced
  • ½ cup Simple Truth Lactose-free Cheese; grated
  • Spring onion; sliced to serve
