Description
Take the classic chicken salad and give it an update approved by Zola Nene. This satisfying recipe has all the comfort of the classic salad with the best Forage and Feast ingredients.
Directions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper then sauté in a hot pan with olive oil until golden.
2. Add the Chimichurri and sauté for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
