This recipe caters to the kind of moment when life calls for a sweet and uninhibited indulgence. It makes the perfect dessert alternative and combines a variety of complementary flavours and textures to create a decadent taste experience.
 

Directions

1. Place ice cream and coffee into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Prepare toppings by skewering marshmallows and toasting over a flame until lightly golden.

3. Roughly chop peanut brittle and halve chocolate biscuits. Set all aside.

4. To assemble, divide milkshake equally into two glasses and top with whipped cream.

5. Top generously with toasted marshmallows, crushed peanut brittle and chocolate biscuits.

6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve immediately.
 

Ingredients

• 6 scoops (300 g) vanilla bean ice cream

• 100 ml Foreign Ground Blended Origin Coffee: Bravo Signature Blend

• 100 ml cream; whipped to stiff peak stage

• Handful of white marshmallows

• Handful of peanut brittle

• Handful of crushed chocolate biscuits of your choice

• Caramel sauce, to drizzle
