Directions

1. Wash your chillies, then slice them finely with the seeds and everything.

2. Chuck them in a glass bowl with salt and vinegar brine.

3. Let them sit for 24 hours to dehydrate and preserve them.

4. Then just drain them thoroughly, put them into a sterilised jar and cover with olive oil.

  • 100ml vinegar
