Directions

    1. Drizzle the cauliflower florets with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Place into the airfryer at 200 °C for 5 minutes or until roasted golden around the edges.
    3. Heat the soup as per package instructions, then divide into bowls.
    4. Spoon on the roasted cauliflower and a handful of croutons to serve.

  • 2 tsp. Forage and Feast Cold Extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Living Herbs Thyme
