Description
Can a delectable dinner for two be this simple and quick? Oh YES it can be, if you’re preparing our Gochujang & Sesame Tuna seafood dish for two.
Directions
1. Mix together the sugar, soy sauce, chilli paste, fish sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
2. Cut the tuna into large chunks, then add to the sauce and stir well to coat. Leave the tuna to marinate overnight for extra flavour.
3. Heat a large pan, add oil and fry the tuna for a minute on all sides until caramelised.
4. In a separate saucepan, add the remaining marinade and 2 tablespoons of water, then simmer for about 2 minutes until thickened.
5. Serve the seared tuna basted with the simmered marinade.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. gochujang (red chilli paste)
- 1tbsp. fish sauce
- 1tbsp. sesame oil
- 1tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 portions Forage & Feast Tuna; defrosted
- 1 tbsp. sunflower oil
