Directions
1. Roughly slice the chicken-style pieces and set aside.
2. Cut open the roosterkoek to reveal the garlic butter in the middle.
3. Top the roosterkoek with sliced plant-based chicken, avo slices, spring onion, jalepeños, and chutney or chipotle, then close the roosterkoek to form a sandwich.
4. Serve warm or cold with a scattering of micro herbs.
5. We suggest serving platter-style alongside other plant-based or braai options, with a cocktail each.

- 250g Simple Truth Vegan Chicken-Style Pieces
- 2 x Ripe & Ready Avocados; sliced
- ¼ cup Simple Truth Fruit Chutney or Chipotle Sauce
- Jalapeños for extra colour; optional
- Fresh spring onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Micro herbs for serving
