Straight from the braai, the frying pan or however else you prefer your prawns to be cooked, add Chef Zola’s Prawn Dip recipe to your seafood feast for an amazing side.

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then mix well. Serve as a dipping sauce for prawns (or chips or chicken).

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup smooth cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Simple Truth Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Forage and Feast Caramelised Onion
  • 3 baby gherkins; finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions; finely chopped
  • Chopped chilli, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
