Ready to Cook Butter Chicken & Prawn Curry

Description
Butter chicken is a comfort food hall of famer. Spice it up this winter with curried queen prawns, coconut chips and naan bread.
Directions
1. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and gently sauté the fresh turmeric, curry spice and prawns for a couple of minutes or until prawns are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. Heat the butter chicken in a pot and once simmering, add the curried prawns.
3. Portion into bowls and serve with freshly chopped coriander, coconut chips and naan bread for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 x 800 g Ready to Cook Butter Chicken
- 12 king prawns; deveined and cleaned
- Olive oil; for frying
- 1 piece of fresh turmeric, peeled & finely grated
- 1½ tsp. (7.5 ml) curry spice
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- 1 packet (40 g) Simple Truth Smoked Chilli Coconut Chips
- Fresh coriander; for garnish
- Naan bread; lightly toasted, to serve
- Fresh tomato salsa; to serve (optional)
