Roasted Rosemary and Honey Apples and Pears

Description

Looking for the most delicious side to your Forage and Feast Glazed Gammon this festive season? Our gammon is perfectly prepared for you, roasted with sweet hints of honey and citrusy flavours of clementines. Try it alongside our Roasted Rosemary and Honey Apples and Pears.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.

2. Halve the apples and pears and place in a deep roasting tray.

3. Drizzle well with olive oil and add the rosemary, lemon juice, honey and cinnamon and toss until well combined.

4. Season with salt and pepper and roast in oven for about 30 minutes or until caramelised and golden brown.

5. Remove from the oven and serve alongside your Forage and Feast Glazed Gammon.

  • 5 small green apples
  • 5 small pears
  • Forage and Feast Olive Oil
  • Handful of fresh rosemary sprigs; picked
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Forage and Feast honey of your choice
  • ½ tsp. (2.5 ml) cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to season
