Fruity Peanut Butter & Chia Overnight Oats

Description

This is not only delicious but makes the perfect energy booster. With this treat, a healthy and decadent meal is just one recipe away.

Directions

1. Place oats, chia seeds, almond milk and cranberries in a bowl and mix well.

2. Cover and divide between 4 – 6 jars and place in the fridge overnight or for 4 – 6 hours to absorb liquid.

3. Serve topped with a spoonful of peanut butter, sliced prepared fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) Simple Truth Rolled Oats
  • 4 tbsp. (60ml) chia seeds
  • 2 ½ cups (375 ml) Simple Truth Almond Milk
  • 1 packet (100 g) Padkos Cranberries
  • ½ cup (125 ml) Simple Truth Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 6 – 8 strawberries; washed and sliced
  • ½ cup (125 ml) blueberries
  • 1 – 2 plums; washed and sliced
  • Maple syrup to taste
