Sticky Soy & Honey Pork Rashers by Zola Nene

Directions
1. Set air fryer on “meat” setting at 200 °C, then set the timer for 8 minutes.
2.Season the pork rashers with sweet chilli sauce, garlic, soy and salt and pepper
3. Place the rashers into the air fryer basket then cook on one side for 8 minutes.
4. Turn the pork rashers and cook for another 8 minutes on the other side.
5. Remove from the airfryer and set aside.
6. Add the sweet potato wedges into the air-fryer, season with salt, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
7. Smear some sweet chilli sauce over the top of each rasher to serve.
8. Enjoy!
Ingredients
● 6 Farmstead Pork Rashers
● ¼ cup Forage and Feast Honey
● 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
● 2 tbsp. soy sauce
● Salt and pepper
● 2 tbsp. Forage and Feast Sweet Chilli Sauce
To Serve
- 2 Exotic Purple Fleshed Sweet Potatoes; cut into wedges
- 2 Jewel Sweet Potato; cut into wedges
