Red Clover

Red Clover plants can grow to up to 50cm in height and it produces flowers of a purple-red colour. It’s rich in protein, vitamin A and calcium.

Borage is considered both a herb and a flower due to its edible nature. Its leaves are often used to make tea and its blooms are used to decorate salads.
